Humanistic Therapy Sessions

Food & Mood Coaching
Understanding Your Relationship with Food, Body, and Emotion
Many people struggle with food in ways that go far beyond nutrition. Eating patterns are often shaped by emotions, stress, self-beliefs, and the way we relate to our bodies.
Food & Mood Coaching is a specialist programme designed to help you understand the deeper psychological and emotional factors influencing your relationship with food.
Rather than focusing on diets or rigid rules, this work explores how mood, nervous system regulation, self-concept, and life experiences can shape eating patterns and body image.
Together we look at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and begin to develop a more supportive and compassionate relationship with food and your body.

The aim is not perfection, but understanding, so that food can become something that supports your wellbeing rather than something that creates conflict.

Group Workshops
Food & Mood Workshop Series Package
The Food & Mood Workshop Series is a six-session psychoeducational programme designed to help you understand the deeper relationship between food, emotions, mindset, and the body.
Across six 90-minute interactive workshops, we explore the psychological, emotional, and physiological factors that influence how we eat, how we feel, and how we relate to our bodies. Each session combines education, reflection, and practical tools to help you build greater awareness and develop a more compassionate and sustainable relationship with food.
Throughout the series we explore
:
• Emotional eating and the patterns that drive it
• The brain–gut connection and how food influences mood and energy
• Body image and how our self-concept develops
• Emotional regulation and understanding our internal signals
• Mindful nourishment and reconnecting with the body’s needs
• The inner critic and inner coach, and how self-talk shapes behaviour
This series is not focused on dieting or weight loss. Instead, it offers a space to understand the emotional and psychological dynamics behind eating behaviours, helping you develop insight, self-compassion, and more supportive habits.
You can join individual workshops for £45, or enrol in the full six-session series for £250, which allows you to experience the programme as a complete journey of understanding and reflection.
The full series is ideal for those who want to deepen their insight and gradually build new awareness and skills across the workshops.
