Providing Everything You Need

Humanistic Therapy
Individual Therapy
Sometimes life leaves us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. You may find yourself caught in patterns of self-criticism, emotional distress, relationship struggles, or feeling unsure of who you are and what you need.
Humanistic therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion.
In our sessions we work collaboratively to understand your experiences, emotions, and patterns, helping you develop greater self-awareness, emotional insight, and self-trust.
This approach recognises that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to explore ourselves honestly.
Together we may explore:
• emotional patterns and triggers
• self-esteem and identity
• relationship dynamics
• body image and self-concept
• your relationship with food, emotions, and the body
• ways to regulate and understand your emotional world
Over time, therapy can help you build a deeper relationship with yourself, develop healthier patterns, and move towards a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
If you’re curious about working together, you’re welcome to book an initial consultation.
This gives us the opportunity to explore what you're looking for and whether this approach feels right for you.

Food & Mood Coaching
Transform Your Relationship With Food, Emotion, and the Body
Many people struggle with their relationship with food without fully understanding why.
You may notice patterns such as emotional eating, restriction, cycles of guilt, or feeling disconnected from your body’s natural signals. These experiences are often shaped by emotional patterns, stress, beliefs about the body, and the messages we absorb from culture and diet culture.
Food & Mood coaching focuses on helping you understand the deeper relationship between food, emotions, mindset, and the body.
Rather than focusing on diets or rigid rules, this work invites you to explore the psychological and emotional factors influencing your relationship with food.
In this coaching process we explore:
• the connection between food and emotional regulation
• patterns such as emotional eating or restriction
• body image and self-concept
• how stress, mood, and lifestyle affect eating habits
• developing inner coach to combat the inner critic
The aim is not perfection, but developing a more balanced, aware, and supportive relationship with food and your body.
This work is psychoeducational and reflective, offering practical tools alongside deeper insight.
If you’d like support understanding and improving your relationship with food, you can book a consultation to explore whether this work would be helpful for you.
